Expansion of the concrete block range

In response to increased demand, we are expanding our range of concrete blocks, which are suitable for construction projects using a concrete building kit. The range of concrete blocks is manufactured from high-quality ZAPA beton cement mixes.

The concrete building kit is a complete system with defined construction parameters, offering countless advantages, such as the lowest cost per square metre compared to other products on the market. Furthermore, it offers very rapid construction and minimal requirements for sub-base compaction. The structural elements are easy to assemble and dismantle, whilst also offering durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

The unique interlocking system ensures excellent structural integrity without the use of construction binders.

Nowadays, speed of construction is also important, and this sophisticated system allows for the laying of up to 120 blocks per day.

On request, we can also manufacture concrete blocks using concrete with a proportion of ZAPA NEXT recycled aggregate, which conserves non-renewable aggregate resources, reduces the carbon footprint and improves the rating for obtaining BREEM and LEED certification.
