Regardless of where Buzzi operates, it is important for us to:

• Encourage the active participation and involvement of employees at all levels in our H&S processes.
• Adopt and promote safe behavior leading to the improvement of our performance and culture, to improve the ability to recognize and end any dangerous situation in a timely manner (i.e. any situation that does not comply with safety rules, guidelines and protocols). Everyone is entitled to report dangerous situations or behavior and is responsible for reporting them in a timely manner.
• Set goals, objectives, set key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular reviews in all areas related to health and safety, leading to continuous improvement, taking into account the structure and organization of the company.
• Implement processes, best practices, procedures and use resources to support policy implementation to meet legal requirements.
• Ensure that any health and safety initiative is not unduly influenced by economic convenience and/or cost-cutting factors.
• Identify and adhere to Buzzi standards and procedures related to health and safety activities.

We will achieve these goals through clearly documented health and safety objectives and routine management reviews, fostering a health and safety culture in which everyone cares about their own safety and the safety of others.
