Offer of cooperation with high schools in the field of construction
From the 2024/2025 school year, we will address vocational construction schools with a series of lectures and presentations on the topic of production and use of concrete, the use of recycled materials and trends in reducing the carbon footprint.
As part of the presentation, we will offer students and teachers:
- sample videos to illustrate the properties of different types of concrete
- various interactive elements, quizzes for student involvement in the presentation
- practical applications and examples for active student involvement
The presentations will include prepared study materials and practical technical manuals that students and teachers can use as part of their further studies and deepening their knowledge. These presentations can then be supplemented with excursions to our production plants.
We are one of the largest producers of ready-mix concrete on the Czech and Slovak markets and we provide our customers with high-quality products and other services related to the construction industry. ZAPA beton a.s. is part of the German company Dyckerhoff and the Italian group Buzzi, based in Italy, with operations in 13 countries with almost 10,000 employees worldwide. Our production is adapted to the latest findings in the field of concrete technology, with a focus on a sustainable approach to production and products.
We believe that this offer could be an inspiration for your school to introduce this most widely used building material to its students and motivate students to further deepen their knowledge.
