ZAPA SCC

Applications:

vertical and horizontal structures with a minimum thickness of 100 mm

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is a special type of concrete with high fluidity that compacts under its own weight (self-compaction), eliminating the need for mechanical vibration during placement. Thanks to its ability to distribute aggregate evenly throughout the concrete mix, it prevents blockage and segregation of aggregate in the fresh mix. SCC is the ideal choice for complex geometric shapes and heavily reinforced structures where the use of vibration is difficult or impossible.

Advantages:

  • elimination of vibration – self-compacting concrete does not require the use of mechanical vibration during placement
  • uniform distribution of material – a homogeneous structure without aggregate blockage
  • savings in labour costs for handling and concreting
  • high-quality products – suitable for architectural or otherwise demanding structures
