Certification

We do realise the great responsibility we bear. Our approach to work fully takes the fact into consideration. To ensure that the products of ZAPA beton are of the best quality we have it confirmed in black and white. What we are talking about is the implementation and certification of QMS (Quality Management System) in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. The predecessor of the aforementioned certificate we acquired as early as 1995 in our concrete mixing plant in Kačerov. Now, all our concrete plants take pride in its updated version. Do not worry, though – we don't make lower quality concrete here. Quality Management System is applied here as well. Not only the ZAPA beton a.s. concrete mixing plants are involved in QMS. ZAPA UNISTAV, s.r.o. in Brno, and EKO ZAPA beton, s.r.o. in Zábřeh, our subsidiary companies, have acquired similar certificates for their concrete mixing plants.

What does such certificate apply to? It covers production, transportation, pumping and pouring of ready-mix concrete, production of flowing screed, production of pre-mixed masonry mortar, special mortar, and plastering mortars.

On the basis of initial concrete tests carried out by accredited testing laboratories and also according to an independent assessment of production management system executed by authorised persons, certificate of conformity in accordance with government regulation 163/2002 Coll., as amended, has been issued for our plants. Our concrete plants have certificate of conformity in accordance with applicable legislation for CE labelled products, which in our line of business covers mortars, flowing screeds, and aggregates. The bottom line is that our company meets all law requirements inside out.
In 2015, the first QMS certification pursuant to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 in all aggregates plants has been carried out.

ZAPA beton a.s. not only maintains but also continuously improves Quality Management System. Safety and satisfaction of our customers with our products and services are our main priorities.
The company has defined its QMS, EMS, and EnMS policies, valid for all plants, in a Directors Declaration.
