Concrete mixing plant type MERKO HBS 2D with a verified hourly output of 83 m³ of fresh concrete, fully automated control system ASTERIX ATX 300. Possibilities dosing 4 fractions of aggregates, 4 species cement and six kinds of ingredients. Concrete mixing plant is equipped for winter heating device for mixing water and preheat aggregates. Part of the concrete plant is recycling equipment for processing residual concrete. Concrete mixing plant own certificate for the production transport concrete requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2009.
