Betonárna typ MERKO HBS 100 s ověřeným hodinovým výkonem 80 m³ čerstvého betonu, plně automatizována řídícím systémem ASTERIX ATX 400. Možnosti dávkování 4 frakce kameniva, 4 druhy cementu, nebo příměsí a 4 druhy přísad. Betonárna je pro zimní období vybavena zařízením pro ohřev záměsové vody a pro předehřev kameniva. Součástí betonárny je i recyklační zařízení pro zpracování zbytkového betonu. Betonárna vlastní certifikáty pro výrobu transportbetonu odpovídající požadavkům ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 a ČSN EN ISO 50001:2019.
